Wet Bubble Disease

Mycogone perniciosa

Fungal disease that causes malformed, weeping mushrooms. Spread by water splash and contaminated tools.

What It Looks Like

Amber/brown liquid droplets on malformed mushrooms, mushrooms look melted or blob-like

Recommended Action

Remove all infected mushrooms immediately. Do not water splash. Reduce humidity slightly. May be able to save flush if caught early and isolated.

  • Remove infected fruits immediately
